From the fresh cream to the carefully crafted recipes, we take pride in our products and want to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. To help, we’ve developed the following shipping policy:
We ship within 2 business days after receiving your order. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days for us.
If this is a gift, please confirm the recipients address and verify that they will be available to receive the delivery. Lulubee Artisanal Chocolates is unable to provide a refund for melted items if the package is undeliverable on the first attempt to the address provided.
All orders require a street address and phone number. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes or outside of the United States.
SHIPPING METHODS AND FEES
Shipping and handling costs are calculated at checkout and are dependent upon the delivery option you select. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for the following:
- Errors on the part of the shipping company.
- Damage to the shipment, including melting, once the delivery company takes possession of the packages.
- Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and/or recipients.
- Deliveries made to unoccupied addresses and are left outside at the discretion of the delivery driver.
- Delays caused by weather, mechanical failure, or other acts beyond our control.
- Re-shipping costs due to any of the above-mentioned instances.
Before each major holiday, we will commence shipping 7 days prior to the holiday. Lulubee Artisanal Chocolates does not ship on the following days:
- The day before Thanksgiving
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
DELIVERY AND PICK-UP POLICY
We offer local delivery to Lincoln addresses. The charge for this service is $5.00. Orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. CT on THURSDAY to be delivered FRIDAY. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following FRIDAY.

IN-STORE PICK UP
We offer NEXT DAY in-store pick up. Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. CT will be available for pick up the next business day after 10:00 a.m. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be available after 10:00 a.m. two business days later. Orders placed on Sunday will be available Tuesday after 10:00 a.m.
When picking up your order, please have your order number ready when you arrive.

Note: We cannot offer refunds or replacement items for pick-up orders that are not picked up within 2 weeks.
